Dear Alastair, yes, this is cropped a heck of a lot...like maybe 80%....It was shot on the 6D with a non-IS 70~200....the moon startled me as I was driving out my driveway and this was the equipment I had in the car....it would have been better to shoot this moon with the 77D which would have had a .6 crop factor, making the 200 mm 320 mm....but this came out so well, I posted it anyway. Yes, very nice moon. How much cropping did you have to do? I have an 800mm lens (the RF 800 F11, which is amazingly light and cheap), and I still have to crop quite a bit with that lens.
