No, actually this is the top of the Getty Center Tram to the top of the hill...about the only real way to get up...close of the day...8:15 pm, and this is my ongoing study of the diversity and greatness of Los Angeles. I love the balance, the color, the subject matter, old woman on a walker...young children, all races. To me, another great image. Thanks for asking...Traveller
