T - this is a great example of why and how bees pollinate our plants.
I don't think I have ever seen one so covered.
I think what you around the eyes is on the lid, not the lens.

The pollen on its eyes really weirds me out...of course I have and always have had a weird protectiveness towards eyes...I agree this is a wonderful capture by Dave...but it still strikes me as strange. Traveller

Mr. T are you kidding, this is Mother Nature at her best and a phenomenal catch by Dave. This makes me want to keep looking where “Flopsy on the other hand makes me want to look the other way and after working 5 years on the kill floor of a huge slaughter house that was about as grotesque as it came. Not my comment but pies would be a better option. Paul

This is a very strange image! I am glad to have the competition...though I do note that there is already tons of it out there from all of us...myself included. Yet, this is so strange I feel weird about it and maybe prefer the simple elegance of your Soaring Ceiling...

Damned if I know...voting is going to be damned difficult.

Now you’ve went and done it, exactly what I commented about in the DP thread. I’ll need to re consider my voting options. This is superb and now the naked guy has some serious competition. Paul

Thanks. I shot it on Saturday and didn't get around to selecting and processing last night. I also spent some time learning about the plant, never having realized that we have two types of pachysandra in our garden.

You have been hiding this one. I like it a lot.
