The book is often given to new couples or as a housewarming gift. The air fryer was my birthday present last year. Let's see if it lasts as long as either of them.
The hardcover copy on the left is more recent and serves as decoration as well as a receptacle for snipped recipes, while the paperback on the right is from the late 1970s and serves as our working copy. I think it remains a family business.
We also have a copy of The Joy Of Cooking, published in late 74 or early 75. It’s not 100% clear on the exact publishing date but the latest date was mid 74. It’s old and well used but still in decent condition. Like Jim said these days we generally google recipes instead. Paul
