“Paul, I placed a bottle of fine red wine in my old battered refrigerator for you! (grin) Yum...Traveller”

Your battered and beat up old avocado green frig you bought on clearance sale in 1977 will outlast any fancy dancy new WiFi Bluetooth enabled LG, Whirlpool or Samsung any day. Don't get rid of it! Seems like every few months we hear about another class action lawsuits because of the new inverter style refrigerators have been failing left and right for years now. Pull yours out, dust off the coils and you’re good for another 20 years.

Set your frig temp to 65 and I’ll book a flight to LAX. Can Jim to come too? Paul 😉

The wine will always be available at my table, since people give me it as gifts but I do not really drink wine so, I have some Reds and whites for you Paul, do not despair!

On the other hand, I do not own a table.

The picture actually was my dinner last night. I spend a lot of time dicing fresh vegetables and they were on a large cutting board and it struck me that these colors and shapes couldt fact be interesting.

I debated for a while should be vegetables be whole or, being the lazy person I am, I just stuck with what I had already diced up. What happens next is that you take these ingredients place in a very large bowl over a bed of spinach, kale and spring greens with Greek feta cheese sprinkled on top. I couldn’t find any place in the picture to put feta cheese and a lettuce background really was distracting. (Artistic Decisions are often of the most difficult kind!!!)

Still, with this kind of salad you really need a light dressing so this was a gentle balsamic and oil that worked quite well and was the totality of my dinner.

Paul, I placed a bottle of fine red wine in my old battered refrigerator for you! (grin) Yum...Traveller
