It's at my office. I'm only in one day a week and probably won't be there much longer. There are plenty of other things that need fixing. Most of the Covid neglect seems to have been addressed. The building is about one-third occupied.

This absolutely should be replaced and if there is a “suggestion box” might be a good idea to drop a hint to the building/ property manager. Not only is it unsightly it’s a major liability that could result in litigation.

That would be a reachable point; the bottom of the pane is at seven or eight feet. This glass is in a covered but unheated walkway from a parking area to a building, in a vestibule adjacent to the building's entrance. It was about 90 degrees outside and a similar temperature "inside". The glass has been shattered for a long time, probably years, and there has been no indication of steps taken to deal with it. Should it be covered? Replaced? I don't know. I just avoid walking close to it. My guess is that either someone hit it intentionally, or it was struck by debris at some point.
