10 On The Grill

I always have a little trouble with grilling bone in chicken. My nature is to get it off just under temperature and allow it a few minutes to finish up off the heat since it continues to cook by carryover heat. This time I needed to toss in the microwave for 60 seconds to finish it.

I have a meat thermometer somewhere. I asked my wife if she wanted me to grill something for dinner tonight. She said she didn't want to eat anything hot, so I had to get creative. Dave

167 Degrees.....minimum temp, and I always go way over. But I confess I too am hungry and that looks yummy!. Traveller

I know what you mean. Sometimes I stick the thermometer in too far and get a hotter temp. I generally poke around a few times. A few degrees too hot is much better than cool. Jim
