We managed to start our morning run before 7AM, but it was still beastly hot by the time we finished. Luckily for you guys, I am the photographer. I looked a lot worse than Diana at the end. The necklace is a cooling running necklace, which you soak for twenty minutes (or more) before going out. It has beads in it that swell up and keep you (relatively) cool.
