Hmmm. I am giving some serious thought of having each of the portrait shots removed from Eligible and put in a separate category. Then we vote only on those shots. Of course the Eligible moves forward as usual.

I may have to recruit some special judges as though there only 3 voters. - but that shouldn't be a problem.

Another option is that I temporarily promote myself to king and I can declare the Challenge complete - and the winner is Alastair's wife. She was both the maker of the caps, and the lovely subject of a photo showing her hard at work. All she would have to do is choose a new topic for us.

I am leaning towards the last one.

There is no reason to feel badly...all my hints, niggles, squirming calling the bet off would support your laughing at my hiding away somewhere....but, honor called me deeply to fulfill my contractual obligations to Alastair...but really, what penalties could he impose?

So there wasn't much fear but there was duty, he and his wife were good to me...so when I appear in an ad on Amazon as a model for her excellent knit caps, I have no complaints...but you, your portrait, is much much likely to be used than mine.

So we will be seeing you soon all across the internet, your face and cup posing were excellent.

Did you sign the standard model's release?!?
