Thin I am! 165 give or take a lb or 2 and 5’ 10 1/2”. Little bit of gut and little to no butt. It must be a gift from god because thin was not nor is the norm in my bloodline. I’m the only one. Paul.
Now that the eclipse has passed and you can see again, (presumably), and you haven't gone Superstar! from all my praise of your handsomeness...now then and therefore:
You seem to be thin which is good health-wise in all instances, but I dictated this a week or so ago...but what the heck...about 10 days ago I assembled a new office chair, 22 hex screws to drive in and tighten...my right wrist is still sore...how do (foreign)workers do this 8~10 hrs a day?!?

In our discussions, the question I'm most especially worried about is the recent the talk concerning raising the retirement age for Social Security and Medicare, this would be particularly brutal for people that actually use their hands and legs for work.
I sometimes wish there could be a two-tier system whereby people that did physical work would retire sooner than people that did office work. On the other hand, what do you do with a woman that works in a salon and stands on her feet for 12 hours a day sometimes?
Things change, we adapt and I hope that you can dodge this or any incoming medication, but I still maintain that if not, as long as it does no damage, then any med is something to consider. Traveller
I was blinder than a bat! Not fully evident in the photo but the solar shades are flip style so I flipped them up, lined up the shot, put my finger on the button and viola it worked. Cutting off the left shoulder was not my intention but after I looked at it for a minute or so I decided I liked it. Paul
