My guess is the guy in the middle on the oars is a guide and the other folks fishing are tourists. Although somewhat puzzling is the guy in the rear does not have on a PFD. Paul.
Where was this? We've had so much rain and snowmelt in Colorado that all the waterways are pretty turbulent. In Boulder, there have been warnings about tubing on the creek, which is a favorite summertime activity. Apparently, it's quite dangerous at the moment.
