In camera multiple exposure, manual focus and exposure, monochrome picture style, cropped top and bottom. I used a portable variable intensity light, partially covered, and taped to a lens hood with duct tape to direct the light. Camera on self-timer with 10 second delay to give me time to get back to the chair.
