Hot very dry summer and I lost at least 30 % of my lawn. One area always gives me trouble and now I might have a better idea as to why. Looks like fast acting lime will be on the fall renovation list too.

Grub city for us (after lots of moles in the spring). Can't use poisons because of the dogs. Dave

I also tested for nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus. Nitrogen was inconclusive but P and K both were depleted. Today I’ll try a different area that generally does well and survived for comparison. Paul
