A Moving Train Gathers No Moss.

Quail Creek, AZ

I was stuck at a rail crossing this afternoon, so I put the camera into a "slow shoot" mode and fired a few off.
This was one of the better ones. A small crop and straightening was all I did here.

I like how you can "see through" the rail cars.

Semi-stealth train. Very cool.

As the rules say - SOC. And in all honesty, I don't know what I would edit here other than a crop and straightening.

And of course we know you resisted the urge to hit the edit button. Paul

I have 2 different apps (in additional to the Apple one) that can control the camera. One is called NeuralCam, and the other is Lightroom Mobile. NeuralCam has Auto, "High Detail", "Low Noise", in addition to a close up they call Macro. They also want to sell you a couple of others. The low noise mode allows you to control exposure and # of shots. The LightRoom Mobile has 5 modes: Auto, Professional, HDR, Long Exposure, and Depth Capture. This was my second time playing with Long Exposure. It is similar to the Apple Low light in that it uses multiple captures, but you can control the total time and it seems to work in bright light. All three apps permit some editing after capture if you so choose.

Was this the default camera app, if so I’m not familiar with the shooting mode you selected.

Pretty cool capture BTW. Paul
