I thought of Mango but was afraid of it going all Orangery again...I was duly surprised by the lack of color of this Sorbet that came in a very yellow container....I tried to yellow it up in Photoshop but I do not possess the skills that Jim has....lol...my efforts looked like poo-poo.
Alas...but I will say that this bowl of whatever tasted surprisingly....not good, but great...;>}} Traveller
