This was an accident...I was making a shrimp and rice dish that became too buttery and too thin...so I kept throwing in this and that and eventually pulled up a Bouillabaisse recipe, something I have never made before....but you start slicing up fresh vegetables, throw in a bunch of additional sea foods and...voila....and I must say, Damn, it was wonderfully tasteful and with good texture. The pat of butter really wasn't for the artisan bread, it was more for presentation...I am weak on all my food shots and cooking with regards to presentation...but this was a yellow to balance the blue bowl, (which normally would have been a bone china bistro bowl). A very good accident. Traveller
