Dave, for a host of aesthetic reasons, this is a visually pleasing shot, much more so than the other...as a stand alone, this just looks much better. It is the complementing of colors I think that add a lightness to the image. Traveller

I like this one - composition, texture, and blended tonal color strikes me. The other version is good, but not as unique. Jim
