Like many people, I also have become a decent cook during these nine months of lockdown...but I seem to have moved from healthy trout and salmon to...more fun things, and my very thin crust pizza is fabulous...lots of vegetables, red and yellow sweet peppers, mushrooms, big and small tomatoes, garlic saute` chicken and the mandatory pepperoni...yum
