This is one of those times where looks are deceiving. I tend to pull the eggs off the heat before I think they are done to avoid overcooking them which as we all (should) know makes them tough and rubbery. I don’t like rubbery eggs so most likely it’s slightly undercooked whites! Speaking of rubbery overcooked eggs I’ve been on BSA camping trips where overcooked eggs would bounce like a Wham-O Super Ball if dropped. Paul

It does look like cheese, maybe mozzarella or a white cheddar?

No cheese just 2 scrambled eggs a small amount of salt and pepper and of course 2 uncooked eggs from the frig showing a transition from one state to another. Paul.
