This is certainly not south east Arizona. Here, we do not have suburbs full of green grass. We are still in the Sonoran desert. This is probably the Phoenix area where grass abounds. And to keep it like this year round - you have to water it.
Re leaves from trees - there are some trees that keep their leaves here until late in the year. I'm not sure what trees these are, and how they behave in or after a Phoenix winter.
The color and perspective are great and draw you into the image. These were sent to me on the dates indicated with the idea that I would clean these up a little, (here slight rotation, cropping, color saturation and vibrancy, smart sharpening) and enter them in the Challenge.
It has been a wet winter so things could be this green...maybe Jim would know best. But I will inquire. Traveller
There's something interesting about this I can't put my finger on. Depth? Perspective? Color? Were special steps taken? Do leaves normally fall in Arizona at this time of year?
