A scene I ran across while camping at the Topeka zoo. Yes I said camping at the zoo! To make it acceptable looking I added lots of play in Topaz mostly hanging out in Impressions II.
There's a taxidermist turned sculptor in the Falkland Islands who does wonderful bronzes of pelagic birds and penguins. A proper photo would make a stunning background for one of his pieces.
We have a museum in Tuscon called the International Wildlife Museum. It is jammed packed with multiple animals, most from Africa, that have been posed by taxidermists. Most of them are very realistic looking. Some are posed in windows like your shot with painted backgrounds.
The foreground golden eagle and rabbit are real preserved by a taxidermist but the background was painted on a wall to create a scene. Ironically when I took the photo I didn't realize the eagle had a rabbit in it's talons since it was above eve level. I held the phone above my head to shoot it and I saw the rabbit later at home.
