Yes, lit by the sun. I played with various crops before deciding on this one. The curve entered into my decision, as did the rose's reflection in the vase's bowl.
Phone camera was the tool to use. I noticed the sight and captured it within 30 seconds. Sometimes the scene is brief. Grabbing my real camera would have taken about two minutes, but I didn't bother because I was happy with the result. If the moment repeats I'll try one with the camera. Now, which lens? Maybe the 135 f/2?
