4th Place (Tie)
Playing With Nature

Apple Valley, MN

I think we have all wanted to do this - play with nature a bit to change a flower's color to fit our mood. So here are 3 possibilities to choose from. Now if I could only find a Photoshop filter to selectively modify a color gene.

Canon EOS 80D ,Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8L USM
1/160s f/7.1 at 70.0mm iso100 full exif

other sizes: small medium large original auto

Thanks. Re comparison to pending - this is a different Day Lily, shot with better (direct) sunlight, a bit of shadow present, and at a faster shutter speed.

What is also a contributing factor is that my arm has healed more over 3 weeks, and I've had 3 more weeks of PT so I am steadier and stronger.

Very creative! Nice use of a triptych frame....and of course perfect for the challenge. The image could not be better. What is interesting to me is that all of these look better and cleaner, by a long way, than Day Lilly in Pending. These flowers are very good, serously, the other less so....Hummmm. But I do love this. Traveller

Isn't it fun what you can with software and a little skill. I like it. Paul
