Checking it Out by Canon Image Challenge

I am learning to shoot with the left hand. I did use a monopod and a cable release. But no ladder. The flower was about 8-10 ft over my head.

That is a sweet lens, big and heavy but mighty sweet! I have the F4 version. Did you buy one or is it a rental? Paul

re macro - actually I was about 10 ft away, with this flower about 4 ft over my head. It is cropped a lot. but the 80d has 24 mp, giving me some room. jim

Now that is nice...and using the 70~200 as a Marco lens is not easy either! I like everything about this...maybe a little crop off the top to more focus on the subject...say 5%? Traveller
