I think this is my first "eagle in flight" that I ever took.
An immature eagle was hunting over the river that I was driving along.
I slammed on the brakes, before the car stopped moving I threw it into park.
I jumped out of the car, ran across the road only to see that the target was missed.
This mature eagle flew in, hit a spot on the water about 2 feet from where the other one tried.
With the fading light, I managed to get 2 shots off.
One was in focus, one was not.
