I really like all three of your entries Daniel, but this is my favourite. The light trails and ghostly outline of the boat work very well. Regards, Michael

Thanks, Traveller, for your —as always—most friendly comment! You're right: the passage of the boat (and of the streetcar in the «...3_Elg» picture) may be interpreted as a symbol for the passage of time. But when I decided on this series for the Challenge, I had something else in mind: showing a city that through many centuries maintained its urban —and partly even some architectural—structures; but adjusting them continuously to the, at each time, most modern standards of technology; and, yes, in this sense, the tramway as well as the boat (belonging the latter also to the town's public transport system) stand absolutely too for what I tried to convey... ~ Very best regards, db.

You are having too much fun, Daniel! This wows me...as I am sure it does you also. I love the shot as a travel shot...it is really inviting and involving....the boat well shows the passage of time for the Challenge.

Nicely done....and, I am glad you are out taking pictures and I feel privileged that you are sharing them with us.

Very Best Wishes, Traveller
