Our son, who is now working as a bartender, gave us this for Christmas, so he could demonstrate some of his cocktails for us. I thought I'd better get this shot, before consuming any!

I brought back a bottle of this stuff during my last trip to Scotland. I must have liked it, as it is long gone. As I recall, its name is related to the impact on a worker's body of carrying around large casks.
