Thanks, Techo! I appreciate your comments. But, since the page background is already black (or nearly so) I don't think a black border would even show up. I know some people do not like borders at all, but I don't like it when the image blends into the background. I think an image needs separation from the background. I do, however, think you make a good point about the white border drawing the viewer's eye away from the image. So, I did a compromise and switched to a mid-gray border so that there are now some areas in the image that are brighter than the border and will, hopefully, pull the viewer's eye to the image. - Ken

Lovely shot. I do feel the white frame takes me a little outside the shot too soon. As the image itself has soft and barely if any super bright spots. The frame sort of says, look at me. Maybe a black one?

Best,
Techo

It was the Spanish moss that had me befuddled. That is less than a quarter mile visibility you have there. Paul.

Very Evocative, moody and...wet, as fog is...Traveller

Thanks, Paul. I think it's an oak tree ... with Spanish moss hanging from the limbs. -Ken

I like this and think you've doe a great job of capturing a surreal moment in time. Do you know what kind of tree that is. Paul
