This is about the same view as the first one in exhibition. However the cold air and clouds had moved in on this day.

You can also see some hdr ghosting in the lower left foreground due to the wind. Jim

Paul, I can think of 5 reasons for your observation. 1. These shots were taken at f/9.0; the first ones at f/7.0 2. This one was taken at 1/50 sec per shot on a tripod; the 1st one at 1/320 sec hand held. 3. This is composed of 3 shots, the first one 2. 4. I sharpened this and bumped up the clarity a bit more than the first 5. There were more leaves down, exposing more branches #1,2, and 4 dominate imo, as this was also a 3 shot hdr which tends to blur a bit more because of misalignment issues, such as wind. Jim
