Now this looks perfect on *my* screen and to *my* eyes, Car629! I can appreciate your work much better; seriously! But as the discussion on my own «QueensboroBridge» entry in this very gallery shows, things about image size are not necessarily as clear-cut as I still thought when writing my former comment here yesterday... ~ db.

(PD. When you say «scared everybody out of the seats», are you referring to this Pontiac's seats...? ;-))

Ok sorry guys just getting to grips with the sizing of images for PBase I will take on board your rule of thumb DB and re-size my images accordingly. Sorry to have scared everybody out of the seats! lol Car629

Excellent entry! Right on theme and excellently composed and shot! - Ken

I like the shot too, car629, and very much so! But as far as the "large sizing for viewing" goes (as Traveller says), I try to limit my entries to 900x600 pixels for landscape oriented images and 480x720 for portrait orientation: otherwise—though I love to see (and show) photographs as big as possible!— your image won't fit on the screen when viewed as "original", but will lose a lot of quality due to compression when seen as "large" only. Just my 2¢... ~ db.
