TheRightAngle(s)2

Shanghai (China)

It's the right angle that dominates
so much of my architecture photography.
But that right angle in reality is, then, represented on your image
in different ways: according to the lens used and post-processing.
Your relationship with the right angle becomes a struggle!

I remember this building, your version is may be the best photo-version of it I have seen. Like everything - composition, colors, symmetry, lines, optical illusion etc etc etc ...

It's a detail of the façade of Shanghai's, IMO, most beautiful Jinmao Tower. And, yes, I chose this framing to create "an optical illusion of some sort" and to illustrate with it the challenge *TheRightAngle(s)* pose in architecture photography... I do appreciate your kind words, Traveller: Thank you! ~ db.
