Paul, this is a highly visited tourist area and my guess is someone painted it and put it there just for looks. Doesn't look very sea worthy to me, either. - ken
Thanks, Najinsky. I've been travelling for a few weeks and using an 11-inch Macbook Air to edit my images. On my small, uncalibrated screen, the foreground looks ok to me, but I'll give it another look when I get back home. - Ken
A lovely colourful idyllic mediterranean scene Ken. To my eyes, the foreground seems a little hazy or low in contrast, perhaps from raising the shadows? Regards, -Najinsky
