I like this, Traveller. I wonder if it would look a little better if the crop around the bloom was not so tight ... giving it a little breathing room. Still, it's good as is.
I am—as you know, Trav—not overly interested in "kids, pets and plants" photography. But this image of yours, I must say, is not only the "yellowest" one entered so far into the gallery, but also really beautiful with the red contrast and (the icing on the cake) the water drops we can imagine to be dew...
