i placed a flower on the picnic table yesterday and when i used my new fugifilm camera to look at the heavy dimpled tabletop, i noticed a beautiful design on the LCD screen. experimenting, i took many shots, but this proved to be the best composition. i snapped it, but later on my computer, the flower was much too vivid for the scene, so i used a portion of the tabletop texture over the bloom and w paint brushes and blending modes, i was able to create the image i was looking for. i enjoy doing this and realize it's probably not what folks in this challege are looking for, but for me, it suits my tastes exactly. thank you for your comment, sharon.
