Shu, I don't pretend to be an expert in the ethics of posting a shot without permission, and I think it is ok unless for profit and is shot in a nonpublic place. As far as kids are concerned, I have posted under the same guidelines but not often. In fact I don't take many of kids except relatives because adults are very protective and I don't want to attract their ire. -tv

i'd name this one "coffee and...." LOL nice shot! how do you dare point your camera at folks? did you get permission to post from this guy? i just wonder since i have loads of cute shots of kids i took years ago and wish to use them in my photo manipulation and enter them into online challenges.....what's your opinion of this, tv? can i get away w using these shots in this manner? after all, these kids are now grown up and no longer look that way. ????shu
