Very creative and artistic, as well as pleasing to look at! Thought it was glass at first. Also made me think "science". I love the way the light is captured by the "beads" and the distortions they create. You've set the bar high for this challenge!

it all had to be done quickly--yes, the lens did fog but a qucik puff from shu's mouth cleared it for the next shot. the water was covered with quickly changing "bubbles" (some as the result of a few drops of olive oil poured into the pot) and then the design was drawn in photoshop. thanks for your comments! shu

all photoshop created using my boiling pot of pasta water as a base. there were some beautiful sepia colors in the water i couldn't resist! thanks for your comments! shu
