I was wondering who would be first to say "what the heck is that thing"? I could pull your leg and say it's some very exotic electrical sensor component but it's not.
The Boy Scout of America is all about beads, the more you have the more important you appear. I was an volunteer/leader for many years so I have plenty of them.
The center part/bead is a Order of the Arrow U.S. military bead, meaning I served in the military. I don't even remember what the coil spring come from but it fit perfectly over the bead and made it look creatively interesting. I'll drop a pulled back shot in pending of them so you can get a better idea as to what they are and true size. Paul A.
