Thanks all. Stan, this was taken with the MP-E 65mm 1:2.8 1-5x Macro, only slightly cropped. I am not quite glad about the DOF which is very shallow at this zoom factor (I believe it was 3x) even at f/11 so it is impossible to get the whole area sharp. And I should better have used a tripod.
