Dry In Here

Through my car's moon roof...it's raining like a fool....so I took the car out, parked it and shot through the sunroof (what's the difference between a moon roof and a sunroof?...lol)

Maybe there were more...appropriate shots...but this was pretty.

I'm a sucker for pretty...lol

I Wish it had been a choice, but it wasn't....(well, maybe a little upping of saturation and contrast), but the trick of this shot was cropping out the Mercury Vapor street lamp to the right which was intended to be actual focal point of the picture...

But I can recognize bad and I can recognize good....so you change what you had thought you were going to get.

Your talent is and has been for a long time so remarkable...I'm just pleased that you commented on an image of mine.

Best Wishes, Traveller

Your choice of copper coloring is beautiful. I appreciate your interpretation of the subject. jano

Lovely. And thanks for the background explanations about how you shot the pic! :-) Regards

Thanks, Folks, I'm not looking for votes for this image....but it was something I shot for this Challenge...and it's acceptable as a picture, if not entirely on topic. Interestingly, you couldn't just sit in the driver's seat and shoot straight up....it was too close to focus, so the camera wouldn't shoot at all.

But, if you laid yourself to the right and twisted looking upwards, it could be done...lol

It is pretty. I, too, like the shading from dark to light. Love the highlights on the water drops. It looks like the picture fades to starlight. - CameraShy09

It is pretty Trav, I particularly like the colour/light gradient the the wood-like texture.

I guess one needs wet to appreciate dry... lol
