It is really very slight for this image, and I guess was more a general point regarding f/8 on APS-C and how that gives more like DOF of f/10 due to the crop factor. Regards, -Najinsky

Hummmmmm....late afternoon, I'm a pig for low iso's and good f stops....but as you mention this....usually I can hand hold 1/10 sec....I don't see much motion blur...

Sigh...

But you usually know better than me...lol

I'd look into this, but I don't want to shoot this again.

Soon it will be Monday here...too work.

Best Wishes, Traveller

There's a lot to like about this traveller. It's the first to convey warm pink smoothness and comfort of being dry, I like the reflect and the crop is an excellent choice. But it seems to be very slightly blurred and I notice the shutter speed is only 1/10s so I'm guessing it may be a touch of motion blur. The Canon sensors are really excellent at high ISO and with APS-C you get 1.6x larger DOF so you can exploit both these to get a higher shutter speed when needed. This is the point were you tell me it was on a tripod.... :-) Regards, -Najinsky

Nicely done, Traveller. I like the title too! :-)

It is Thai....I wanted to have this up ended and pile of baby powder underneath....but a pile of baby powder is an incredible mess....lol....Traveller

I like the concept and you captured this well.

I give in.... what language is the writing in?...(apart from the obvious English writing...)

Thanks, this did not work out exactly as planned....but I did place it on a mirror surface and set up a black back ground...more prep work than I normally do...so I am pleased with it also.

Thanks again.

I like the reflection in the glass and your low key approach to this. Very creative. - CameraShy09
