A collage I did for an online class last fall. The statue in the center is "The Keeper of the Plains" by Blackbear Bosin. It is echoed in the county seal to the left of center. The building that looks like a blue-roofed spaceship is our concert hall. In the left bottom corner is the administration building of Friends University, the right bottom corner is a shot of downtown. Flanking either side are views of a ring of neon pillars that surround a nearby intersection, and stylized wheat heads that decorate two of the bridges over the Arkansas River. The background texture is an 1845 map of the city.
