Thanks, Jano...I am more and more realizing that shooting with my 500D, unlike my D60....that maybe iso 100 works best for what I want....deep rich....DENSE...colors.
Of course in PS you can up saturation or whatever, but, for density, I think one needs, at least with the 500D...a low iso. I'm not happy about this, but it may be true.

But I also like the helicopter off to the left...

Best Wishes, Traveller

I have always wanted to do this type of shot... Beautiful colors giving a warmth to the scene. "Hot City" is what I think of. jano

Great capture Trav. I like the contrast of the traffic hurling its way to and from somewhere... and the seemingly quiet and stationary evening scape of the city streets.

Quite a temperature (..or perhaps.. temperament..) differential I feel?

I just love traffic light trails. We do have a freeway out here in Kansas, but if I held the shutter open for 13 seconds at night, I'd probably get one car coming and one car going. (Just kidding, really, but I couldn't resist perpetuating the stereotype.) At any rate, I'm glad to battle my traffic and not yours. I'm just a little jealous of your photo opportunities. :-) - CameraShy09
