Go out (or in) with your camera and take a photo of whatever you see that grabs your interest. Go for a photo walk, for instance. Then, after the fact, once you've had a chance to review your shot on your computer, describe what you could have done differently to make it better. Or, if you don't think it could possibly be any better (under the existing circumstances), tell us why you like it. This is basically how I learned photography: I would go out and just shoot "stuff," then go back to my darkroom, process and print the film and analyze the results to see how I could do better next time in the same circumstances.
So, basically it's "shoot something" and tell us why you shot it the way you did and what you could do next time to improve it (or why you like it as is).
For the Exhibition category, use previously taken photos and analyze them. Tell us why you shot them the way you did and what you could do to improve them next time. Or why you like them as is.
