The easiest way to describe this is something that turns on an axis.
A wheel, a knob, a dial, all have a center pin that the item rotates on.
The fob on a watch, props on a plane, a coin spinning on a table are all worthy.
The items don't have to turning at the time the image is taken. (well, the coin would have to be)
The only example that I can come up with that shouldn't be entered would be something like a boat.
Sure, it can be turned, but it's not really tied to an axis point.
