Thought my 3 year old 5D would be my last camera, but when the reviews start coming on the Mark II I knew that I just had to have me one of those. It has met or exceeded my expectations in all respects concerning picture taking. Focusing problems make the lives view video and still taking very chancy. It was a nice bonus, but I would've bought the camera even if it didn't have that feature. I have not been disappointed, and I think the wildflower shots taken in the foothills east of Bakersfield are among the best series I have ever seen anywhere from any kind of reproductive equipment. I shot a few 20 mm cannon 2.8, and a couple with the 300 mm F4.0L, but most wherewith the Canon 24 -- 105mm f4.0L due to having a trustworthy hands and a laziness or it comes to letting my tripod, most of these images were shot at ISO 600. A couple of Sedona pics are mixed in, and will be part of a separate gallery when I get time
