Why We Love the Coast Guard: About ten minutes before this shot was taken the kite-sailer on the left ran out of breeze and his blue kite dropped. The next thing we see is the U.S.C.G. boat racing over to stand-by in case the kite-sailer needed help. Those Coasties are good!
