Lynn Canyon Cafe has a siphon coffee bar. The coffee is brewed using two stacked glass globes resting on a halogen beam heater. The fresh ground coffee is added to the top globe while the water-filled bottom globe is heated to the ideal temperature. Gradually the heated water will travel up the glass tube to the upper vessel gently infusing the fresh coffee grounds.
