C-Tina - Curt actually said it all very well - I couldn't agree more - the curve that the water creates adds a bit of abstractness to the photo - the transparency of the petals (as Curt said) is just fantastic - the back-light was definitely the way to go to bring a fresh look to a floral photo - V

I click through dozens of flower pictures every day, and this one is really a refreshingly different presentation. The composition is like a ballet dancer, and the transparency of the petals tells me something new and different about daffodils. The depth of field works fine. The colors and tones are harmonious. I like the way the vase has a transparency, yet detail, just like the flowers, creating a unity. I don't think I could do that with the cactus blossoms here :-)
