Arras Town Hall and it's Belfry

Built between 1463 and 1554, it was rebuilt after WW11 in a less flamboyant style.
It originally served as a watchtower but is now a tourist attraction with wide ranging views over the City of Arras.

Are there bats in the belfry? Beautiful capture of this town hall Chris! I remember visiting Arras years ago for lunch as we were driving from Paris to Belgium. :) It is a charming city with an amazing town square!
