This is a shop in Aubusson, selling sportswear.
There used to be a chain in France called "Athletes Foot', also an outlet for sports clothes and footwear.....

'Stoned' was released as the B-side to "I Wanna Be Your Man" recorded in 1963 by the Rolling Stones.
It was not released in the US on moral grounds until included on the "Singles Collection - The London Years " in 1989.
